  • Pull team together for high level executional planning; refine; refine again
  • Build campaign elements: concepting, online and offline media planning, interactive prep, PR planning
  • Present concepts with recommended timeline: design, production/development, launch, continuing roll out
  • Once plan and concepts are approved, gain approval on final budget and begin execution
  • Build in measurement against objectives, i.e., pre/post campaign awareness, number of new customers
  • Analyze results; begin planning cycle for next campaign
